On Monday night, music’s biggest stars will converge on Las Vegas for the American Music Awards.
Taylor Swift expected to dominate the night following the success of her 2025 chart-topping album showgirl life.
The pop superstar leads the 2026 AMAs with eight nominations, including artist of the year, album of the year and song of the year for “The Fate of Ophelia.”
Swift has won 40 AMAs, the most in history, but didn’t win in any of the six categories at last year’s ceremony.
This year, Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Dean, Sombre and Morgan Wallen are close behind with seven nominations each. Lady Gaga and Alex Warren each got six nods.
Performers at the ceremony will include K-pop sensations BTS, singer-songwriter Teddy Swims, and the newly reunited Pussycat Dolls, joined by Busta Rhymes. Sombre, Hootie and the Blowfish, New Kids on the Block and Twenty One Pilots are also on the lineup.
The show, hosted by Queen Latifah, airs live on Mondays at 8pm ET on CBS and Paramount+.
